Finely chop the onion and bake it in a little bit of oil. Chop meat in cubes, add into onion and bake till it's white.
Step 3
Cut the carrot into rings or half rings, cut potatoes into cubes. Add this to the meat mass and mix.
Step 4
Add the bay leaves, salt and dill. Pour some water in and boil until vegetables are ready.
Step 5
Cut the boiled eggs in cubes, add into the soup. Pour the sorrel in. Stir and boil for a few minutes.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream.
Step 7
P.S. It is also possible to make it with raw eggs. Beat 2 raw eggs in a bowl, pour them into the soup after sorrel (in step 4) and stir. Boil for a few minutes.
