Step 1
Cut to small pieces the onion, the sweet potato and the carrots. Then put them unto a pre warmed pan with some oil to get soft. Add the garlic, cut into small pieces too. Put some salt and the broth. Add the water. Then boil it all in a closed pan for about 10-15 minutes, until all vegetables are boiled. Then add the sour creme and boil for another 5-10 minutes with an open pan. Voila.
