Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onions till soften
Step 2
Add red pepper and cook untill onion translucent
Step 3
Drain kidney beans and add them along with spice mix, add a little to start
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients including water and bring to a simmer
Step 5
Leave for 40 mins
