Instructions
Step 1
In a pan put water to cook with salt. Add the pasta when it’s boiling.
Step 2
Chop the shallots and garlic. Then brown them in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the spices, tomato paste, pasta water (about 1/4 cup) and cream, then stir until you get a little wriggle.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta and stir.
Step 5
Add the mozzarella and stir over low heat so that the mozzarella does not clump.
Step 6
Top with basil and enjoy !
