Step 1
Cook the pasta to al dente for approximately 10-12 minutes, or according to the package instructions.

In a small bowl, combine the chili oil, honey, soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Pour the sauce into the pan and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
Step 6
Add the grated parmesan cheese and chopped chives to the pan and mix well.
Step 7
Garnish with an egg yolk, extra parmesan cheese, and chili oil if you want!
