Instructions

Step 1
Put a drizzle of olive oil, one garlic clove, 3 lemon peels and 2 ladles of hot water.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti (uncook)
Step 3
Let cook for a bit and when the water is absorbed add 2 ladles of water, salt and pepper. Don't forget to stir while cooking.
Step 4
Keep adding water as for a risotto until the pastas are cooked.
Step 5
Get off the heat with some water left then add lemon zest, 1/2 a lemon juice and grated parmesan!
Step 6
Serve with fresh chopped parsley
