Instructions
Step 1
First, chop finely the garlic
Step 2
Put the chopped garlic in a pan over medium heat with olive oil and let cook for over 2-3 minutes then add the tomato paste and let cook.
Step 3
In the meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water
Step 4
After a couple of minutes, add one ladle of pasta water and cook for one minute then add the heavy cream.
Step 5
After 2 minutes season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Add the pasta to the sauce and mix until the sauce cover the pasta.
Step 7
Turn the heat off and add the cheese and mix
Step 8
