Instructions
Step 1
In a pan put water to cook with salt. Add the pasta when it’s boiling.
Step 2
For the pesto blend the basil, pine nuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 100ml olive oil and the parmesan.
Step 3
Cut the 2 other garlic cloves and cook it on medium heat in olive oil for 3mins.
Step 4
Add 2 tbsp of pesto and the cream, then stir.
Step 5
When the pasta are cooked, add them to the sauce with a 1/4 cup of pasta water, then stir.
Step 6
Remove the pan from the heat and add the parmesan cheese (to prevent the parmesan from clumping, stir at medium temperature).
Step 7
You can top with basil if you want. Bon appétit !
