Instructions
Step 1
Wash rice until water runs clear and leave to soak in cold water for 20 mins
Step 2
Drain water and add 330ml of fresh cold water and bring to boil
Step 3
Once water is boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes with lid on
Step 4
Turn off the heat and leave to sit for additional 10 mins
Step 5
Fold through seasonings
