Quinoa & Spinach wraps inspired by Indian Dosa 🌱
Dosas are typically made from a fermented batter made of soaked lentils and rice but apparently can be made multiple ways with multiple ingredients. I’m honestly not 100% sure if calling these dosas is right or wrong because it’s not fermented, I haven’t used lentils and rice and I’ve also left out the spices because I’m using it as a wrap so I don’t want it flavoured! But either way, it’s inspired by dosa 😁
These are super easy, gluten free and made with only 4 simple ingredients
