Instructions
Step 1
1. Get a large deep frying pan heating up on high on the hob

2. Dice up the chicken breast and finely chop up the onion
Step 3
3. once the pan is up to heat splash some crisp and dry in there and pour in the onions and the chicken

4. add 2 teaspoons of crushed ginger and keep turning and stirring the onion and chicken for about 15 mins…. Basically cooking the chicken

5. so now the chicken and onion should be browned off add the cuury powder, paprika, cumin and a good squirt of tomato puree

6. keep stirring and turning for another few minutes… it will appear very dry but this is flavouring the chicken

7. then pour in the chicken stock cubes mixed in 250ml of water, tin of tomato and the evaporated milk…..keep stirred
Step 8
8. get this simmering and stirred for another 15 minutes until it gets to your desired consistency
Step 9
9. then we are done…. Serve up with what you like… my favourite is chips
