Instructions
Step 1
Finely dice the onion and place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Step 2
Cut every 3 to 4 ribs, season the ribs with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and place on top of the onion.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together the tomato sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, and honey, then pour evenly over the ribs.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls apart easily.
