Instructions
Step 1
Lightly cut open skin crisscross on tomatoes , put in boiling water for about 30 sec. Take out and run under cold water, skin, finely dice.

1. Heat oil to smoking hot and meanwhile stir air to eggs (salt first), put eggs in and let bubble and set for a few seconds, tilt the pan and let egg flow. Roughly chop the eggs into large chunks. Get out when some egg remain liquid.

2. Put a bit more oil, stir fry garlic and GO.
Step 4
Put ketchup and fry a bit. Put diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry until soft and juice comes out and thicken on medium high.
Step 5
Put in all seasonings except for sesame oil. Loosen cornstarch with 2 tbp of water and thicken sauce.
Step 6
4. Reduce to medium. Stir in eggs, coat with sauce. Turn off heat and put in sesame oil.
Step 7
Cook hand cut noodles according to package instruction, ladle tomatoes and eggs on top.
