Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry!

Instructions
Step 1
Make the sauce by combining the soy sauce, water, honey, ketchup, sriracha and set aside
Step 2
Grab the chicken breast and slice into thin strips and then place into a bowl
Step 3
Add the salt, garlic granules, chilli powder, msg and cornflour into the bowl and throughly mix into the chicken and set aside
Step 4
Prep the vegetables by richly slicing the bell pepper, slicing the spring onion and dicing the garlic. Reserve the ends of the spring onion for garnish and stems for the stir fry
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the chicken breast. Spread out into one layer and let sit for a few mins to get some colour.
Step 6
Stir and fry for a further few mins until mostly cooked and then add the pepper and spring onion and stir and fry that round together
Step 7
In the mean time, bring some water to boil and add the noodles for about 3-4 mins and then drain
Step 8
Tip the sauce mixture into the pan with the chicken and veg and bring to a bubble before reducing the heat to low
Step 9
Add in the drained noodles and give everything a final stir through together before serving into four equal portions and topping with the ends of the spring onion to garnish
