Shrimp guacamole served on cucumber cup

Instructions
For Pickled Onion
Step 1
Boil red onion in vinegar and add capers , a pinch of kosher salt and thyme, Boil low medium to medium temperature (this will take about 10-15 minutes ( I usually do this after I finishing seasoning the shrimp)
To Cook Shrimp
Step 2
wash shrimp off in cold water
Step 3
Turn on stove and put a cast iron or fry pan on then turn heat to medium and put olive oil in pot
Step 4
Devein shrimp, then wash the shrimps off in cold water ,dry shrimp in paper towel then add to a mixing bowl
Step 5
Add dry seasoning mix to the bowl with the shrimp , then use a small spoon and slowly mix in the seasoning with the shrimp evenly
Step 6
In a separate prep bowls or mixing bowls add all dry ingredients ( all purpose seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper)
Step 7
Once oil is pot put shrimp in pot one at a time and cook each sides for about 1.5 - 2 minutes the take out and transfer mixing bowl or plate
To Make Cucumber Ball and guacamole
Step 8
Use a spoon and take out some of the cucumber seed out of the middle but leave enough (do this so that the guacamole does drip out of the cucumber cup )

Add Avocado in a bowl and mash until soften and add salt and cilantro and put to the side ( I added the cucumber seed that I took from the cucumber instead of throwing it out)
For Garnishing

thinly slice bell pepper
Step 11
add guacamole to cucumber cup then place shrimp on that and garnish with the bell pepper and the pickled red onions
