Instructions
Step 1
Step 1 Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, add the pork and fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Step 2
Remove from the wok with a slotted spoon and transfer to a warm plate.
Step 3
Step 2 Add the chilli, ginger, garlic and spring onions to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until softened.
Step 4
Add the remaining vegetables, fry for a couple of minutes then return the pork to the pan.
Step 5
Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds and honey and cook for a couple of minutes until the pork is glazed.
Step 6
Transfer to a bowl to serve.
