Step 1
Saute garlic in butter. Add rice and spices and saute rice about 5 minutes on medium
Place in large baking pan or Dutch oven and add broth. Cover with lid or foil.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove and let rest without uncovering for 10 minutes. Fluff rice and stir in fresh cilantro or parsley
