Instructions

To make the Bircher mix - day before

Step 1
Add the pistachio milk, oats, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, lemon juice, maple, 1/2 the dried cranberries and grated apples to a large mixing bowl - MIX WELL

To finish and serve

Step 2
Give the Bircher a mix to loosen up. Add another splash of plant-milk if needed.
Step 3
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Step 4
GARNISH WITH: Sliced apple. Dried cranberries. Chopped walnut. Sunflower seeds.
