Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, marinate chicken with turmeric, black pepper and salt. Mix it well and set it aside
Step 2
In a pan, on medium flame, add oil and let it heat for a bit then add chopped onion and sautee for 3-4 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste and sautee for 1 minute

Add chicken, turn flame on high and sautee for 3-4 minutes

Turn flame back to medium, add cumin, coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper and sautee for 4 minutes

Add tomato and cashews with 8 tbsp water to the blender and make puree

Add tomato puree to chicken and sautee on medium flame for 3 minutes
Step 8
Once the water is dried in the chicken, Turn flame to low and add yogurt and sautee for 2 minutes
Step 9
Turn flame to high, add 4 tbsp water and sautee for 3 minutes
Step 10
Turn flame to medium to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes
Step 11
Turn flame to high, add garam masala and sautee for 1 minute
Step 12
Add fenugreek, green chilli peppers, cilantro, give it a quick stir and enjoy
Step 13
Serve with pasta, rice or naan
