Instructions
Step 1
Boil the water
Step 2
Grade pecorino and cut the guanciale โpork cheekโ
Step 3
Add the guanciale in a cool pan and heat until crunchy outside
Step 4
Add pasta to the water
Step 5
Add pasta water and pepper to the pecorino and create a paste
Step 6
Sautรฉ the pasta with guanciale and add the pecorino paste with fire off
Step 7
Add pepper and enjoy ๐
