0.25bell pepper
1clove garlic

½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsppaprika powder
¼ tspcayenne pepper

¼ tspcumin
¼ tspdried coriander
Quesadilla
Instructions
Beef filling
Step 1
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Add the onions and fry for about 1min until soften.
Step 3
Then add the bell pepper and fry for another 2min before adding the garlic and ground beef.
Step 4
Grind the meat with the wooden spoon.
Step 5
Add the seasoning, canned corn and kidney beans. Mix until well combined and fry for about 2 more minutes.
Quesadilla
Step 6
Place a tortilla wrap in the pan and sprinkle with half of the grated Emmental cheese. Then top it with the beef filling. Set the heat to medium and fry until the cheese has melted.
Step 7
Place another tortilla wrap on top and turn the quesadilla with the help of a plate.
Step 8
Sprinkle on the grated emmental and cheddar cheese. Put on o a lid and let the cheese melt.
Step 9
Cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces and enjoy!
