Instructions

Step 1
Follow the instruction on the pasta, and cook pasta. Save the pasta cooking water for later.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat, and add garlic; saute for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook both sides.
Step 4
Add sage, lemon juice, 1/4 cup cooking water.
Step 5
Add pasta, and coat the pasta with the sauce.
Step 6
Garnish with lemon zest.
