1yellow onion
8 clovesgarlic
1 inchginger
peeled
5habanero peppers
optional deseeded
2maggi cubes
1lemon
fresh juiced
1 Tbsppalm oil
salt

Instructions
Method
Step 1
Make chicken marinade. In food processor blend together onion, ginger, garlic, habanero, lemon juice, maggi cubes, and oil.
Step 2
In large bowl combine chicken, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chicken mixture. Coat chicken well and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight
Step 3
On a BBQ grill or cast iron skillet, cook chicken for 20-25 minutes
