Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into 3 inch pieces. Set Aside.
Step 2
Heat up a frying pan on high heat and add the canola oil. Add the ginger, garlic, green onion and stir-fry until aromatic. Add in the chicken and stir until browned slightly.
Step 3
Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil and continue to stir-fry the chicken. Cover the lid, lower the heat to medium low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add the basil leaves and stir well with the chicken, dish out and serve immediately.
