Instructions

Step 1
Start to soften the onions, garlic, and ginger. then add curry powder and turmeric. Allow to sit on a low to medium heat
Step 2
Add the flour, cook for 1 minute with the spices
Step 3
Add the vegetable stock slowly, followed by the 100ml coconut milk
Step 4
Add a pinch of sugar, salt, and a dash of soy sauce
Step 5
Strain the sauce through a sieve, little at a time
