Instructions

Step 1
Put water, yeast, and honey in mixing bowl and mix until melted.
Step 2
Add 1000 g Flour and mix for 5 minutes
Step 3
Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
Step 4
Add remaining flour, salt , and olive oil.
Step 5
Mix for 10-15 minutes
Step 6
Cover with oil, and plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 7
Flour sheet pan & separate by keeping top on top and folding into itself from underneath.
Step 8
Should make about 12 crust of 215 grams each. Put in freezer and once frozen move to baggies.
Step 9
Can freeze for up to at least 4 months.
Step 10
Take out the day before you want to use and move to refrigerator. The day of use let set at room temperature for 4-6 hours.
