Ingredients

1 x 28 ozdiced tomatoes
can, with liquid
1 x 4 ozcan sliced mushrooms
drained
1 x 2.25 ozsliced black olives
can, drained
1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
undiluted
2 teaspoonsdried oregano
1 poundground beef
cooked
12 ozspaghetti
cooked, drained
2 cupscheddar cheese
shredded, or mozzarella
1 cupParmesan cheese
for garnish as desired
Onion powder
as desired
Garlic powder
as desired
Italian Seasoning
or Oregano, as desired

Instructions
Preferred by Shane and Tiff:
Step 1
Set the spaghetti noodles cooking.
Step 2
Brown the ground beef, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning or oregano as desired.
Step 3
Grease 9x13x2 casserole dish.
Step 4
Mix tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.
Step 5
Add cooked ground beef and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 7
Place half of the cooked spaghetti noodles in the greased casserole dish.
Step 8
Spread half of beef mixture in a layer on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Step 10
Repeat layers of remaining halves of noodles, beef mixture, then cheese.
Step 11
Mix mushroom soup in a bowl with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
Step 12
Pour soup over casserole, spreading even and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.

Simultaneously cook spaghetti noodles and brown the ground beef.

Chop green pepper and onion, if using.
Step 16

In a large skillet, saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.

Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.

Add cooked ground beef and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place half of the cooked spaghetti noodles in the greased casserole dish.

Spread half of vegetable and beef mixture in a layer on top.

Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.

Mix mushroom soup in a bowl with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
