Fried rice Let me know what recipe you want to see next and don’t forget to follow so you don’t miss the rest of the series. 2 eggs 3 cups cooked rice 1 bag frozen peas carrots 1 small onion diced 1 tbs vegetable or sesame oil 3 cloves crushed garlic 3 tbs soy sauce Diced green onion for garnish In a skillet over high heat add oil, diced onion, and crushed garlic. Sauté for two minutes. Add in frozen peas and carrots and sauté an additional minute stirring occasionally. And in cooked rice. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Whisk and stir until the eggs are fully cooked then mix into the rice with the soy sauce once fully combined sauté an additional minute. Top with sliced green onions and enjoy. . . . .
