2 Tbspoyster sauce
1 Tbspchinese rice wine

½ tspsesame oil

2 stalksspring onions

1red chilli
cut into strips
Marinade for Fish
Instructions
Step 1
Put oil in pan, add ginger garlic and big onion.
Step 2
Add fish block (deep-fry earlier).
Step 3
Add oyster sauce, Chinese rice wine, sugar, sesame oil and pepper, spring onions and red chili.
