Ingredients

1 teaspoonsalt
2 teaspoonsGarlic powder
2 teaspoonsOnion powder
2 teaspoonspaprika
2 teaspoonsChicken seasoning

⅓ cupflour
¼ cupmilk
Flour mix
1 ½ cupflour
¼ cupcorn starch
2 tablespoonsspice mix
Sauce
⅓ cupmayonnaise
2 tablespoonssweet chili sauce
1 tablespoonhot sauce
1 tablespoonketchup
1 teaspoonpepper mix
oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Spice mix; in a small bowl add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and crushed bouillon cubes. Give this a good mix and set aside.
Step 2
Ensure your shrimps are properly cleaned by taking of the shells and removing the veins. Wash shrimps and drain excess water.
Step 3
Place shrimps in a large bowl and add spice mix, egg, flour and milk.
Step 4
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
Marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 6
In another large bowl add flour, a little corn starch, spice mix and stir.
Step 7
Add in the shrimp to flower mixture, cover with a lid and shake to coat the shrimps.
Step 8
Check to make sure shrimps are well coated with flour mix. Carefully place them one at a time into hot oil.
Step 9
Fry for about 5mins on medium heat until golden brown.
Step 10
Place on paper towels to drain out excess oil.
Step 11
Sauce: In a bowl add mayonnaise, hot sauce, sweet chilli sauce and ketchup.
Step 12
Serve shrimps with sauce and enjoy.
