Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chives in two lengths that match the bean sprouts.
Step 2
Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add the bean sprouts and blanch 30 seconds. Drain.
Step 3
Heat the wok over a high flame. Add the oil. Add the chives with the red pepper and stir fry until fragrant. Add the bean sprouts and stir fry until everything is hot and fragrant. Season with salt. Stir in the vinegar and serve.
