Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, cook and stir 1 minute. 2. Add garlic. Cook and stir 1 minute. 3. Add all peppers. Cook and stir 1 minute. 4. Add all dry spices but oregano, salt, coffee. Stir continually 1 minute.
Step 2
5. Decrease heat to medium low. Add tomatoes, stir. Once heated add chocolate and molasses, stir until blended. Add oregano, salt, coffee, then beans. 6. Bring to low simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
