Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes till soft in salt water.
There should be enough water to just cover the potatoes.
Step 2
Drain all but 1/8 cup of water.
Step 3
Smash the potatoes with the water from boiling the potatoes and butter to your taste. I use 1/4 stick. I don’t peel the potatoes as I love the peels
Step 4
Season to taste.
