Chicken & broccoli bake

2 chicken breast, cook in oven on there own cover with foil on gas mark 4. Pasta cook in a pan until soft. 1 onion cut in thin half moons & cook in the microwave until soft, usually takes about 3 -3 1/2 mins. Cheese, grated. 1 broccoli, just cut the heads off & cook until soft. 1 small tin off sweetcorn. Bacon i usually use about 6 pieces, cook before hand. Butter, salt & pepper, plain flour, milk & 1 small tub of double cream. If you are putting it in individual foil containers start with the pasta. Fill the containers half full, dice the cooked chicken & share them between the containers. Cut the bacon into pieces & do the same. Put a bit more pasta in each container, then add the broccoli. Put a bit more pasta in each container then sprinkle the sweetcorn on top. To make the cheese sauce put a large knob of butter in a pan & melt. Add the onion, about 1 to 2 tablespoons of plain flour salt & pepper. That's a pinch of pepper & about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. It should be like a thick paste. Slowly add the cream & stir at all times, then add some milk until you like the thickness. Add some cheese, that's up to you how much but i would taste it until you are satisfied. Pour it over all the containers & sprinkle more cheese on top. Then you can put the lids on & freeze.
