This lasagna recipe is a family favorite that always has my family cleaning their plates. Add crunchy bread sticks and a green salad to complete the meal.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375*

Slowly brown meat, spoon off excess fat.
Step 3
Add the next 5 ingredients -Minced garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes, tomato paste.
Step 4
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile cook lasagna noodles in 6 quarts of boiling salted water until tender.
Step 6
Drain noodles and rinse in cool water.
Step 7
In a medium bowl beat eggs; add ricotta, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Add a small amount of sauce on the bottom of the 9x13x2 pan
Step 9
Layer half the noodles in the 9x13x2 pan.
Step 10
Spread with half the ricotta filling; add half the mozzeraella and half the meat sauce.
Step 11
Repeat.
Step 12
Bake 30 minutes
Step 13
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
