Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and mushrooms, and dice the chicken/tofu. If using tofu, make sure to squeeze out all the water first, then drizzle with olive oil and/or soy sauce and coat in a mix of flour, salt, and pepper. Cook separately in a small frying pan.



Step 2
Start frying the onion in a large wok, then add the chicken/tofu. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.




Step 3
While the chicken cooks, boil a kettle and cook the noodles. Once they are done, rinse with cold water to help avoid them sticking together, and replace into the pot to the side.


Step 4
Once the chicken is cooked, add the stir fry mix and mushrooms, and fry on high heat, stirring often.


Step 5
When the veg starts to soften and lose volume, add the noodles and fry for a 2-3 more minutes. Then add a drizzle of soy sauce and the teriyaki sauce and stir until everything is well coated.
