Instructions
Step 1
Place pork in pot. Add soy sauce and simmer. Once humot na pork is ready. Set pork aside.
Step 2
In another pot, saute onion, garlic, and ginger. Add pork and add enough water to cover the pork. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once boiling add lemon grass and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 60mins or until pork is tender enough to your liking. Add more water if needed.
Step 4
Once pork is tender, add pork cube, jackfruit, and green chili. Simmer until jackfruit is cooked.
Step 5
Add sinigang mix and achuete powder. check for taste and add seasonings if desired. Serve and enjoy!
