Easy vermicelli bowl with teriyaki chicken meatballs & egg rolls
Vermicelli bowl hack
I used Aidell’s teriyaki and pineapple chicken meatballs and frozen egg rolls to make a quick version of bun thit nuong which is a Vietnamese vermicelli bowl that’s served with grilled meat, eggrolls and drizzled with fish sauce. This is a quicker version for easy weeknight meals.

Instructions
Step 1
Scallion oil is just scallions/green onions, 1 tbsp oil and pinch of salt. Microwave for q minute.
Step 2
Cook meatballs and frozen egg rolls in air fryer for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Serve with lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, pickled veggies or any other vegetables of your choice
Step 4
Add fish sauce
