Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the spices together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Coat chicken in yoghurt, 1/2 oil, 1/2 spice mix, 1/2 garlic & 1/2 ginger. Marinate for 10 mins to overnight.
Step 3
Heat butter in a fry pan and sauté onion. Add remaining spice mix, garlic, ginger & cook for 30 secs. Add tomato and simmer for 5 mins.
Step 4
Add cream, simmer for a few minutes, then transfer to a blender until smooth.
Step 5
Cook the chicken for 5 mins, add the sauce & simmer for 5-10 mins until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
