For the sauce

Step 1
Add the chicken, yogurt and marinade spices and marinade for as long as possible

garam masala½ tsp

chilli flakes½ tsp
ginger powder½ tsp

Step 2
Add the onions and a bit of water to a pan and cook until they soften

add the spices and more water if needed and cook for a few minutes

pour in the tomatoes and cream cheese or yogurt and simmer for 5 minutes
