The recipe: how I did it Ingredients: 21g cocoa 12g chocolate whey protein 15g flour 45g erythritol 1g baking powder, pinch of salt 100g coke zero 5g espresso/strong coffee Mixed the dry ingredients. Slowly stirred in the wet with a spoon. Added the mixture to two tiny containers lined with baking paper. Baked in oven preheated to 180 degrees celsius for 17 minutes. The entire batch (both containers) ended up being 166kcal with 13g of protein. I’M STUNNED AND IN COMPLETE AWE. u/boo9817 you’re a genius.
