Preheat the oven to 400

Cube the potatoes, apples and onion

Cut the chicken into 1 inch wide strips

Warm a 10.5" cast iron skillet on medium for 5 minutes

Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes
Step 6
Layer the chicken strips on the potatoes
Step 7
Layer the apple cubes on the chicken

Sprinkle the cranberries on the apples
