Lamb And Chickpea Fatteh

chickpea Fatteh with Lamb👌Another delicious version I’m sharing with you. This is also very popular in North Lebanon and how grateful I am to have grown up there 😊 Utilising our herb and veggie garden here and adding some capsicum peppers to the tahini yogurt 🌿
Garnish it generously with whole toasted pine nuts 😋 the secret here lies in the way you layer each ingredient at just the right time. Assembling a plate of fatteh needs to be done right before serving it 😅 Otherwise, the bread gets soggy, losing its tasty crunch.
