Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and form the meat mixture into oval patties.
Step 2
Place patties into a baking dish.
Step 3
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated 375 F oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Drain grease from dish. Pour gravy on top of patties. Add mushrooms, if desired. Top with fried onions. Recover with foil.
Step 6
Place dish in oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until gravy is hot. Remove from oven, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
