Instructions

Step 1
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan on medium heat
Step 2
Once hot add salmon fillet and fry on each side 3 minutes or until desired doneness
Step 3
Meanwhile thinly slice onions, tomatoes, Avocado, and chop Cucumber into cubes
Step 4
In a bowl add spinach, chopped vegetables and drizzle on lime juice, balsamic vinegar and spices to taste and mix
Step 5
Place cooked salmon on top and enjoy!
