Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add 1 (8-oz.) package presliced mushrooms; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in 1/2 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth, 1/4 cup white wine, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. black pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thick. Remove from heat; add 2 Tbsp. butter, stirring until butter melts.
