Step 1
In a small bowl, combine water, 1 tbsp. honey, stir until honey dissolves and set to the side. In a large bowl, sift Spelt flour + salt and baking powder combined. Add sugar then mix. Make a well in the middle of the dry mix and slowly pour (while stirring) the wet mix water & honey). Gently stir until you see no traces of flour. Transfer dough to a lightly oiled loaf pan.
Step 2
In the same small bowl mix 1 tsp. honey, milk and brush across the top of the dough. Add oats, pumpkin, sunflower and hemp seeds to the top of the dough. Preheat oven 350°F. Cover and let rest for 30 mins. Place dough into the heated oven and let it bake for 30 mins. or until golden brown at top and pass the toothpick test. Let bread cool for 20-30 mins. prior to removing from the bread pan and slicing. Enjoy! 🔥
