Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the green peas
Step 2
Cut the potatoes and diced the carrot
Step 3
Finely chopped the onions
Step 4
In a pot, heat the olive oil (high heat)

Once the olive oil is hot, add the onions and the sugar and stir it for 1 to 2 minutes

Then, add the potatoes, carrot and green peas (mix for 2 minutes)

In a kettle, boil 300ml water
Step 8
Add the tomato passata to the pot and once it’s incorporated, pour in the boiling water
Step 9
Lower the heat (low medium heat), add the dill, parsley, paprika and salt
Step 10
Mix then cover and cook for 45minutes (low medium heat)
