Step 1
In a blender or a food processor, place 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed and drained), 1/2 cup of reserved chickpea juice, 1/3 cup tahini, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice from one lemon, 1/2-1 tsp of each: salt/cumin. Blend together and top with drizzle of olive oil and paprika.
