Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Wash your tomatoes and chop your parsley
Step 3
In a baking dish, add your cherry tomatoes, oil, seasonings and parsley flakes. Reserve some parsley flakes for garnishing

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes
Step 5
While your tomatoes bake, brown your Italian sausage in a skillet over medium high heat and cook your pasta according to the package

When your tomatoes are done baking, pour the mixture to a large mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup heavy cream

Use an immersion blender to blend until a creamy sauce is formed. If you do not have an immersion blender, you can just mash the tomatoes and mix well

Add your cooked sausage and pasta to the large sauce bowl. Mix until well combined
Step 9
Garnish with parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
